What is Gestic

Gestic is a place where you can manage your entire collection for free, in a very efficient manner. It allows you to add new cards individually or as a bulk, search among them and organize lists of cards for you.

Gestic will allows you to find other players close to you who own the cards you are looking for and are ready to sell or exchange them.

It will also give you the pricing and links to the close-by stores for the cards you are looking for.

It has been built by collectors to fit collectors needs.

In a nutshel, Gestic allows you to:

• Create cards lists. Your collection, a specific set, a deck, etc.
• Search and add cards in your lists by name or by number, including a bulk option for boosters and booster boxes.
• Get a list of local stores selling or buying the cards you are looking for.
• Get a quick overview of the value of your collection.
• Quickly generate the lists of cards you can sell or you are missing in your sets.
• Import and export lists and decks from different format. (Coming soon)

What it is NOT

Gestic is not the source of truth for card information. We are using Scryfall data, but we also let you add cards that they are not referencing.

Gestic is not here to replace any other existing websites like Scryfall, TCGplayer.com, your own local store etc. The goal is to complete them and give you the tools to know what you own and more importantly, what you are missing.

What to expect

Your home page

Get a quick summary of all your lists and your entire collection on the landing page as well as a list of stores selling the cards you are looking for with recent price and a direct link. Also available lower (and not visible on the picture) is the list of cards those stores are looking for and that you have proposed to sell. Double-click on any of your list to go see the details.
From this page you will be able to:

• Find the estimated price of a list, which can be a deck, cards you want to sell or your entire collection.
• Quickly identify the cards you are looking to buy and where is the best price.
• Quickly identify your preferred stores interested to buy the cards you are looking to sale.
• Quickly navigate to the details of your lists.
• Navigate to the other features such as adding cards by name, or uploading an entire box of boosters at once.

Add cards by name

Using their name, quickly and easily add cards into your lists.

• No need to know the card number. Just enter the name, and don't worry about the typos, we will lookup at cards closely matching your entry.
• Allow you to enter up to 100 cards at time.
• If you don't know the set of your cards, you will be able to navigate among all the cards with the same name until you find yours.
• Works with cards in all the languages.
• Quick access to set the number of cards you have, as well as the condition (Near Mint, etc.) and the finish (Foil, or not. Just click on it)

Add cards by number

For recent editions, add cards to your collection using their number.

• Simply enter a card number per line to get them quickly added to your list or collection.
• Define default set and language for all the cards, but this can be overwritten at the line level.
• For each card you can specify (optional) a different set (Got a The List card?), the finish (Foil), the condition (Near mint) and a multiplier
• Get an instant summary of what you have added with a direct link to Scryfall to see all the card details.
• Add up to 100 cards at a time! Practical to add lonely boosters to your collection.

Bulk add cards

You need to enter an entire booster box? Good news, we have you covered for that too!

• Using the provided CSV template, enter all the cards you have, one booster per line, one card per cell, the same as if you were entering them by number manually on the site.
• Get global detailed statistics about what you just opened. How many cards, how many new, the evaluated price and more.
• For each and every booster you have entered, see the estimation of the total value of the cards and statistics related to your collection.
• You might have done typos, no worries. Lower in the page is a 'card rejected' section where you will find what has to been reviewed manually.
• Again, at the bottom of the page, get a quick access to all the cards you have just added.

Your lists

Find and manage all your lists in a single place.

• Easily create rename and delete cards lists. This can be a deck, a list of cards you are looking for, cards you want to sell, etc.
• Configure your lists to get help from the site. "Looking for" list will give you link to stores selling them, while "Offering" will list you sites interested to buy those cards.
• Given a specific set, auto-generate the list of cards you are missing to complete the entire set, and a list of all your doubles
• Import and export lists from and to other sites or applications. If you are trying to import a format we are not recognizing, just contact us and we will consider implementing it.

Your inventory

Navigate through all our lists and cards in one place. The "Collection" list contains all the cards that you own. All other lists are only references.

• Get the detailed content of your list in one place, with direct access to the cards details
• Manual selection or smart selection of your cards. Like, select all but one of each, etc.
• Move or copy you cards. Duplicate the content of a deck, move cards that you are waiting for into your collection, etc.
• Fine adjust your list. Add one version of a card, or remove it.
• Filter your content by what works for you! (More filters on their way)
